Shipping Policy
Shipping is free!
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders to the continental USA . Orders will ship standard ground UPS or Fedex. If your order is a Rush we can ship expedited air shipping at an additional charge. We also offer international or PO Box deliveries at cost.
Shipment tracking
When you place an order with us online, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and it will state amongst other information that your order's status is pending. Once we process your order you will receive on email that your order is being processed. Likewise we will usually email you when your order ships. To view the status of your order at any time, you may log in to your account (via the "my account" link on the top of the page and using your email address and password). You will be able to see the details of all orders you have made with us in the past.
For any additional assistance with your order, please call our customer service department toll free at 1.866.987.7666 (in New York please dial 718.246.1927).
Refused Shipments
The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product.
We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us immediately for a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Please click on the following links for a complete description of our Return Policy and Return Procedures .
If you desire to cancel an order, please follow the directions outlined in our Order Cancellations section.
On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of an GetPromo.com error, we will issue a credit for all shipping fees, and the product once it is returned to GetPromo.com. If through no fault of GetPromo.com the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all purchases are final. Some products may come with a manufacturer's Money Back Guarantee (MBG). In these instances, please directly contact the manufacturer.

Unauthorized or Refused Returns
GetPromo.com will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our warehouse. GetPromo.com will impose a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.

Defective Returns
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion. All defective claims must be made within 7 days of receiving of merchandise. No refunds or credit will be granted after 7 days, and the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply. Please contact the manufacturer directly . ( Please see important exceptions ).
A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of our Technical Support Staff. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department for a return authorization number.
Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee of 20% and all non-product-related fees (shipping fees) are not refundable.

Money-back Guarantees
GetPromo.com does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product. However, some manufacturers do offer such a guarantee. In these cases, products will be clearly designated and a money-back guarantee (MBG) will apply only to these products. Products covered by a MBG will be accepted for return within 30 days from the shipment date, or as specified by the terms of the manufacturer's MBG. Restocking fees will not be assessed on such returns.

Where do we collect information from you and how do we use it?

Pricing & Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, GetPromo.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
